My Life in BMX |
||
When I was twelve I progressed beyond the little kid stage of jumping little ramps made out of a board and brick at the end of your driveway. Me and my friends decided to build some "big"jumps at the top of Eddishire Rd. next to my friends house. So we did and we progressed and the jump became progressively bigger. My friends and went out and purchased 20" bikes that were more suited for our jumping needs. Eventually the jumps went from 2-3 foot high with 4 foot gaps to 41/2 - 6 foot high jumps with 20-30 foot gaps. We discovered more kids our age who had begun jumping like us. We were impressed with each other which in a way set our group of friends into what we are now. |

With most of our jumps we have made been plowed by the owners of the land we built them on, we have discovered inddor skateparks wich let us ride indoors without the chance of difficulty from the cops or owners. Our local skatepark is Joe's Skatepark. Visit the site by clicking on the link to the right. -> |
